Employee Shifts
Front of the House and Reception:
- Saturday February 9th, 2008 arrive at Spotswood Country Club at 10:00am for breakfast and training for setup.
- Employees will be dismissed when setup is complete and informed to return for the employee meal at 4:30pm.
Back of the House:
- Friday February 8th, 2008 arrive at Spotswood Country Club at 6:00pm for food preparation and training.
- Saturday February 9th, 2008 arrive at Spotswood Country Club at 10:00am for continued food preparation and breakfast.
- Employees will be dismissed when setup is complete and informed to return for the employee meal at 4:30pm.
What to Wear
Prior to the employee meal, all employees are to be dressed in comfortable clothing and shoes.
Front of the House and Reception:
- Be dressed in black pants, long sleeve white collared shirt, and comfortable black shoes.
*Other uniform accessories will be provided by management team*
Back of the House:
- Be dressed in comfortable clothing, non-slip shoes, and a hat.
